RETURN WINDOW
Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt to be eligible for a full refund.
CONDITION OF RETURNS
All items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed and In their original condition
- Returned in the original packaging and With the tag and return note still attached
We may not be able to accept returns that don’t meet these conditions.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately we don’t currently offer exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
RETURN COST
Returns are the responsibility of the customer, and we’re unable to offer free returns at this time.
We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
If your item arrives damaged or you believe it is faulty, please contact our Customer Services team before returning it so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
