Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Raffya product. But if you are not completely happy, we understand. 

We accept returns and exchanges for a different size and/or colour after you receive your order, provided we have the item in stock.

You are more than welcome to exchange your purchase for a new favourite style; all we ask is you return the original purchase back to us and place a new order. 

We request all items to be returned within 28 days, in undamaged packaging (in original packaging with the tag and dispatch note still attached to the item). This excludes Archived/Sale/Discounted Items, please see below for more information.

For products that are damaged or show signs of use, we retain the right to refuse the return. This also excludes archived items, please see next section for more information.

For your peace of mind, we request all products be returned via a recorded method of delivery (i.e. Royal Mail signed for, Royal Mail Special Delivery or via a courier) and that you get a 'proof of posting' certificate from your Post Office or carrier. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post. Raffya cannot be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us and you will remain billed for lost items.

Raffya does not cover the cost of returns (unless stated otherwise). 

We endeavour to process your return as soon as possible, but please note that refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed, and longer during our busy sale period.

Returns & Exchanges on Archive Items

Archived/Sale Items or discontinued items can only be returned within 14 working days starting the day after delivery to you.

To return or exchange an item, please fill out the enclosed return form with your name, order number and return reason code, and place this in with your return items.

Exchanges for out of stock Items

If an item is out of stock at the time of the exchange being processed, we will issue a full refund.

Processing your Returns

Your return shipment begins by registering your return. You can easily state which products you wish to return to us via the Raffya returns form.
Place the returning product along with the dispatch note in the box. Please state the product being returned along with the reason for return in the dispatch note. Please ensure that returned products meet our return conditions.

After your return shipment has been delivered to us, we will repay the purchase amount via your original payment method and currency. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 30 days after receipt. However we don't want to keep you waiting that long so it should be much speedier.

Faulty/Damaged Item

We make Raffya products with the utmost love and care. In the rare and unfortunate event of your item being faulty, please accept our apologies and reach out to us at customercare@raffya.com so we can fix this.

You have the legal right to a refund if you return your faulty item within 30 days of receiving it. For UK customers, please return any suspected faulty items via either Royal Mail Recorded, Signed For or Special Delivery. On further inspection, in the event that your goods are deemed faulty we will reimburse your return postage fee up to the value of £7.75, back onto your card.

For goods sent back to us via any other methods, whereby we accept responsibility for the postage fees, we will still only be able to reimburse up to the value of £7.75. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Some of our products are hand woven from natural fibres. Any variations in weave or texture are inherent characteristics of the fabric.

All hand embellishments may have variations - please treat your Raffya pieces with care.
