To cancel:

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

15. Our 28-Day Returns Policy

In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 28-day return window from the date of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be returned within 28 days

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must remain attached

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable under our voluntary 28-day policy.

16. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

We will cover return postage for confirmed faulty or incorrect items.
