This competition is run by Raffya (“the Promoter”).
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
To enter, participants must sign up to the Raffya email database via the official entry form.
Additional promotion may take place via Raffya social media channels. No purchase is necessary.
The prize is a holiday to Marrakech for two people, with a total maximum value of £2,500.
The prize includes:
Return flights (including hand luggage only)
Airport transfers
Accommodation in a standard room on a bed & breakfast basis
A stay of up to 4 nights, subject to availability
All travel and accommodation arrangements will be selected by the Promoter (or an appointed travel partner) based on availability at the time of booking.
The prize must be booked within one month of the winner being notified.
Travel dates and accommodation are subject to availability and may be restricted during peak periods.
The winner may request upgrades (e.g. flights, room type, baggage, or extended stay), but any additional costs must be covered by the winner.
The prize is based on two passengers. Additional travellers may be added at the winner’s expense.
The prize does not include:
Travel insurance
Additional baggage beyond hand luggage
Meals other than those stated
Personal spending money
Any additional costs not explicitly stated
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and contacted via email.
If the winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
